Hello Adobe Friends!!!

So as I am working on Adobe Bridge CS3 on a new Windows 10 Desktop operating system when all of a sudden a window pops up indicating "Adobe Bridge has stopped working" and needs to shut down and then bridge shuts down. This is happening pretty persistently. So annoying! Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

    Dear User,

Request you to upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Bridge CC 2018.

Adobe Bridge is free and you need an Adobe ID to download and install.

Please refer to Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps  for exact steps.

Please let us know if you face any issues.

    Regards,

    Abhishek Seth.

Before downloading a replacement, consider resetting Preferences:

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

Thank you so very much for your prompt reply! Will follow your advice.

    1. Will the new download automatically replace the existing Adobe Bridge CS3 (WHICH IS PART OF THE ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE CS3) that I currently own?
    2. Will the new Adobe Bridge 2018 be compatible with existing CS3 Suite?
    3. What happens with the old CS3 Bridge when I download the new one. (Do I need to delete the old one?)

    Thanks kindly for your advice!
