Presets preview doesn't work...

Hi guys!

I've already read many post related to this problem and tried a few so called solutions, but none of these had the right effect so solve my problem.

I use Adobe Bridge CC for macOS on my four year old MacBook Pro, I have the latest versions of Bridge and Quicktime (this was one of the "solutions" in another forum). I've already tried the advice to enable software rendering - unfortunately didn't work.

Do you know the problem or have an advice for me?
