Preview quality pictures

I have a problem with my preview images (space bar). In some images, with some colors it looks like the software compress the picture and it looks like pixelate image (for example a window at a house)  and bad quality, but the image its good, because when I click to see the 100% the image is clear and sharp, and when I go back to the preview again looks like shady, it happens mostly with the blue sky, and other colors like purple. Sorry about my english, I hope you´ll understand. Thanks.

Here's a response I got from Adobe. It didn't help. I sent them a file to look at. Hopefully this can be corrected:

  * Generate cache for all files in folder

  * Select any file and press space bar( Full screen preview looks blurry)

  * Select "generate 100% previews" allow cache to get generated and again press spacebar.

  * Result: Previews are clear now.

I'm having the same issue, and trying to get a response from Adobe. Seems it occurs with RAW images that have been modified in ACR or LR, not so much with other formats.
