Printing content sub-sub-sub-folders

Case:

I need to print a large amount of files in one go, with an (inserted) separation sheet for each folder.

The structure of the (sub)folders looks somewhat like this:

• Main Directory (with files and subfolders)
  • Subdirectory A (with files and subfolders)
  • Subdirectory B (with files and subfolders)
    • SubSubdirectory 1 (with files and subfolders)
  • Subdirectory C (with files and subfolders)
    • SubSubdirectory 2 (with files and subfolders)
    • SubSubdirectory 3 (with files and subfolders)
      • SubSubSub-subdirectory I (with files)
  • Subdirectory B (with files and subfolders)
  • etc....

Any suggestions on how to do this, e.g. bij renaming files with folder-names, of combining in one pdf with an extra page with the folder name in between...?
