Hello! I have the whole Adobe package. Everything is simple. Other applications without any problem. Since yesterday BR has not started. After starting flash and end appear. The application will not vibrate ... what could be the reason? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled ...

Same problem for me - uninstalled and reinstalled same problem. Can't start from within PS or from Windows 10 desktop icon.
