Hi @default4yt2mb29uxao ,

Can you answer a few of the questions below to diagnose the problem better:

  1. Is the issue started to come up due to a recent Bridge upgrade?
  2. Is the issue not reproducible on the previous or any other Bridge version?

 

Also, Can you share the Bridge logs, with us?

You can find Bridge log file “BridgeLog.log” at:

 - MAC - ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ Bridge 2020

 - WIN - %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2020

Hi,
The reported problem (APPCRASH _KERNELBASE.dll ) has not reoccurred since the update. Windows 10 monthly (KB4023057 and KB5011487) on March 9, 2022. However, the problem returned again following the M.A.J. Adobe Photoshop v23.2.2( 09:00 a.m) this morning on 03/15/2022 ( APPCRASH _KERNELBASE.dll ) at 11:18 a.m.
