Could you please share the following details about the issue: 
 

• Preset screenshot from the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog by following the given steps: 
        1-Go to Edit Menu 
        2-Open Keyboard Shortcuts 
      

• If the preset is not a default one, please share the files present at -> 
  
  Win: (C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2024\Shortcuts) 
  Mac: (/Users/name/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge 2024/Shortcuts) 
   
  Please note, that the default presets are the following: 
                  

• Which keys are you using to apply labels/ratings in full screen? 

• Are you facing the same issue in review mode and slide show? 

• Could you please search the commands like the ‘yellow label’ or ‘Star’ and share the screenshot of all the available shortcuts like the following from Keyboard Shortcuts. 

• Are the shortcuts working in the content panel? 

• Are you using a QWERTY keyboard?
