Problems with Bridge CC 2019 - keywords

After I have updated my Bridge license to 2019 version, I can no longer search keywords added to files in previous version of Bridge.

When I check my files, they have the keywords added, but Bridge cannot find them in a general search.

This is a big problem for me since all my pictures are based on taggings in Bridge.

    Hi,

To resolve this issue, please launch Bridge CC 2018, go to keywords panel.click at the top right on the panel and select Export

Now import the same file in Bridge CC 2019

Now you should be able to search keywords in CC 2019

Please let me know if you face any issues.

    Regards,

    Abhishek Seth

I am having a somewhat different problem with keywords.  I have a new external hard drive with most of my images.  Bridge recognizes the drive, and the images still have keywords when I bring a file into bridge, but they do not transfer over into the collections section.  Is there someway I need to point the collections to my new external hard drive?
