Question

Propagate Color Settings to Multiple Macs

Let me preface this in saying that I am an IT guy and I do not work with Bridge so I'm a little green in its workings.

My color department wants all the users (multiple Macs and PCs) to use color settings to standardize for the entire location.  The color department knows that they can add the color settings to Adobe Bridge and share that with the local (Mac) applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

We would like to push this color setting out to the user community but it would be nice to do that via Bridge if it is supported.

I have done some searching, but everything that I seem to pull up deals with local applications and not for a community of settings.

I am hoping that we can create a repository of some kind and when other users sign into Adobe CC and Bridge, they can pull the settings to their Mac or PC.  I have no idea if that is possible so if someone could point me to some material on how to do this I would be very grateful.

Set up one machine with your desired settings. Check the ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Color folder for ACEConfigCache2.lst which holds color settings. Quit ALL Adobe apps and push that out to your machines.
