Ps 22.4 video will not render if Bridge is open

Ps 22.4 will not render a video (to software defaults) if Bridge is open in certain ways for instance: if you just open a file from Bridge into Ps and try to render, it just spins. If you open the same file from the "recent files" list, it will render. The results vary for sequences of opening/closing Bridge for the file in question or other files. (P.S. I discovered this to be true generally & has been known for a while but may not be a bug report, via another post telling a member to close Bridge.)
