Question on Bridge installation

Question

In the past I have really enjoyed using Bridge for my collection of photos. I would like to start using it again on my MacBook Air M1. However, I would rather not clog this machine with useless background processes reducing battery life.

If I install Bridge, that should be free, will the installer also add the background procecsses listed here:

If all your planning on is Bridge, the only background process would be to see if there's an update. That would be an extremely tiny and would hardly be noticeable. BTW, just so you know, this is only Bridge, there is no Adobe Camera Raw, no Photoshop, just Bridge as an image browser.
