quick actions gives only a popup with express icon

when i try quick actions, it gives only a popup with express icon. last updated version. via browser express launches ok.

When I try to run Quick Actions it hangs and then comes up with Failed due to a strange error.

I have deleted the App and re-installed with the same outcome.

Dont understand why it doesnt work.

When I first installed it workrd but just suddenly stopped.

Any answers out there as to a cure please.
