Ratings area turns blue in Bridge

I think, but am not sure, this happens if I point and click just the wrong area: My ratings area turns blue. Left is when it's selected; right when not.

I don't see anything peculiar in the metadata. It's not a big deal as I don't use ratings at all, but still: How do I get rid of it?
