Raw files renders strange in external monitor

Hello, 

When I view raw photos in Bridge that are dark/underexposed, they show up in this low quality/pixelated state. But it only happens when i view from my external monitor - when same file is opened in PS or any other app, viewed from the same monitor, its totally fine. And any other file format when viewed in Bridge in external monitor renders fine. Any ideas? (sample image brightened up for clarity in pixelation).
