Re-opening Bridge during Raw Conversion

If you close out Bridge while you have Raw files converting, the dialog box of the conversion remains open. Is there a way to re-open Bridge while the conversion is still happening?

Thank you

Hi FelixFeygin,

Please explain your workflow that you are using to convert raw images. I have selected four raw images and opened them in ACR and saving them in a different format while doing this process it won't let me close the bridge till it's finished saving the files.

Mohit

Hi Mohit

For instance:

I open 400 images in ACR, do my adjustments and then set them to Save As jpegs. the conversion dialog comes up that shows the conversion. I then can click OK in the dialog to close it out. This still has the Bridge converting the files in the background and I can continue working within Bridge however, if I accidentaly X out of Bridge, the conversion dialog stays open until the conversion is done or I cancel the process although at this point I cannot reopen Bridge to continue browsing. I was wondering if there is a way to reopen Bridge at this point.

Thanks

Well, I guess you need to wait for the conversion to complete, then you would be able to open the Bridge and start browsing.
