Renaming/copying a single file to several unique names

I am wondering if there is a way to rename & copy a single image multiple times using a list of predetermined names (Linking to an XML or TXT document for the list of new file names).

Yep Bridge has in-built methods to move or duplicate files… Do your listing in Excel or File Maker Pro and save as *.csv or *.tdt script can parse this and make all your files…
