Repeated problem with latest version of Bridge 2021 (version 11.0.1)

INCREASINGLY URGENT

 

I have downloaded v11.0.1 of Bridge. Every time I open it, I get a message that reads "We cannot verify your subscription service". I have doublechecked that I am online and I have tried to follow the various Help suggestions. None of them seem to work. In addition, I have no idea what the message means, especially as Bridge is/was free. All of this is taking up too much time. Is there an easy/quick way round this problem? If not, I will simply uninstall version 11.0.1 and revert back to the previous version which worked fine. Thank you

Go to your ACC acount try logging out and logging back in.

 

If that does not work, try this solution someone had.

Yes, logging out out of my Creative Cloud account and then back in again seems to work. Thank you so much.
