Resolution Pixels whatever you want to call it too big for my laptop

Last week I spent literally four hours with support trying to fix this.  The support agent took control of my laptop and FINALLY figured out the problem.  In Bridge I cannot see all of the controls because the fonts etc. are HUGE and thus do not display anything.  I became super aggravated when I could not follow the tutorial for how to create a contact sheet.  I thought "This in no way resembles the tutorial I am seeing."

So she fixed it after crashing around my computer like a bull in a china shop.  Unfortunately I do not remember HOW or WHAT she did.  Why a I asking?  Because no less than four days later after we FIXED this, your software upgrade totally trashed it again.

I AM WONDERING IF I CAN JUST DELETE THE NEW VERSION OF BRIDGE AND GET ON WITH MY LIFE OR I NEED TO DO THIS AGAIN.  I NEED SUPER DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS....NOT SOMETHING LIKE  "Just go to powershell and turn regeneraon on" You need to assume no prior knowledge of ANYTHING.  Like "file menu>open>"

THE REASON I AM SO UPSET RIGHT NOW AND TYPING IN CAPS IS THAT I LITERALLY JUST DID THIS THREE DAYS AGO AND YOUR MASSIVE UPGRADE (If you could call it that.... I call it more like ransomware) HAS MEANT ANOTHER WHOLE WEEKEND WHERE I PLANNED TO ACCOMPLISH SOMETHING IS DOWN THE DRAIN.

And no, I cannot get help because the wait times are ridiculously long (gee, I wonder why?)  Probably because the whole friggin world is as angry as I am right now.  Just post a simple fix so I can move on with my life.

AND ENOUGH WITH THE RELENTLESS UPGRADES I AM SO SICK OF THIS $#!T and I have only had this product for two months.  I really would like it if it could remain stable for a week at  a time so I COULD GET SOMETHING ACCOMPLISHED OTHER THAN TROUBLESHOOTING SOFTWARE ISSUES.

And yes, I am awake at 6:30 am on Sunday, hopefully before the entire world wakes up.  I will not have a good night's sleep ever again until I am able to fix this.

Go to Bridge preferences under EDIT

Select interface.

Go to scaling.

Select 100%

Close Bridge and reopen.

You can go back into preferences and change your font size depending on your view at 100% scaling instead of AUTO or 200%

Thanks I finally did figure that out.  The support rep did something very crazy regarding my screen resolution so I never dreamed it could be that simple.
