Hello does anyone know if there is a way to take a pdf contact sheet from bridge and export the images from the sheet back to their separate files again? Preferably naming every exported pdf as the filenames of the image that was embedded in the content sheet.

He is right. Suggest you export the files to a favorite folder; before you embed them in the contact sheet.

Legend

You might be able to do this in Acrobat but images are reduced in size and compressed so you won't get good results.
