Scaling issue (UI elements way to small, cursor way to big)

When I display Bridge on my external monitor the UI elements are all way to small (about half the size) but at the same time the cursor is around double the size. It seems like the sizing of the UI elements stay the same on both monitors despite their great difference in size. 

Monitor 1 (Notebook): 17", 3840 x 2400, scaling set to 100%

Monitor 2 (external): 27", 2560 x 1440, scaling set to 100%
