Script failing

Hello,

I am using the Barred Rock metadata export script for Bridge CS5 but am having some problems with a recent batch of images. Whenever I try to export the metadata from these images, the script skips a large chunk of images.  I can't seem to isolate what the problem is.I've compared fields, word counts, etc. but I can't seem to pinpoint why the script skips 600 images in the middle of the set.  Has anyone else experienced this with the Barred Rock scripts? 

I had this exact same problem with the Metadata_BR script and was never able to resolve it.

Aha! Mystery solved!  I hope this will be of some use to someone trying to troubleshoot this awesome metadata script.  Any use of macrons (the little line above vowels) will break the script.  However, neither umlauts nor degree characters break the script.  I'm sure there are other characters that would cause problems but these are the ones that I have tested...by necessity
