scrolling in Folders improved - but not fixed

It SEEMS like scrolling in the folder window pane has improved in this version.

when using a Magic Mouse it Jumps drastically. I am wondering if the developers who worked on this update may made an edit the the sensitivity here. If so this is good news as they'll be able to find where the change was made and make it less sensitive for the Magic Mouse.

Here's hoping they can finally fix this huge Bug.! Yay
