SDK sample code for InspectorPanel not working in Bridge 14.0.2

I'm starting an extendscript project for Bridge, and the example code in the SDK for any of the InspectorPanel examples doesn't work.  I get an "InspectorPanel does not have a constructor" error.  

Have these classes been removed?  The SDK docs say "Adobe Bridge 2024" so I assume they are up to date (although the copyright date in the SDK guide says "2022" so maybe it hasn't really been updated in a while....).

    I get the same error on Inspector panels that worked in previous versions. There is no entry for Inspector under the Window menu, I think that Adobe removed it.
