Searching IPTC felds

Bridge has pretty good editing capability for IPTC fields, but I can't see any way to search the IPTC fields (such as City, Country, Sub Location?)

Any thoughts on how to do this ?

I am on release 12.0.2.252 - I don't see an All Metadata option from the Criteria dropdown - it starts with Filename and finishes with Swatch Name.
