Set Default Color Settings for All Users

We utilize North America Prepress 2 as our default color settings across our organization of Windows PCs.  Is there a way for me to deploy a file or registry setting so that this becomes the preset color settings when a new user signs into the suite?  I have been unable to find either a modified file nor registry entry when I update the color settings from Bridge.  Thanks in advance!
