Shortcut Win: Ctrl + Alt to filter from 1 to 5 stars not working on v.2023

Yes, I can filter star rating by the menu.

OS is Win10.

Ctrl+Del. did not work either to send pictures to the bin. Had to check the box in pop-up window.

After that, v.2023 being such a pain to work with, I decided to move back to v.2022.
