"Show Items from Subfolders" not working

I keep getting "No Items to Display".

- I've forced bridge to delete preferences on launch.

- I've deleted preferences, emptied trash, restarted.

- I've uninstalled & double-checked for any leftover files, emptied trash, restarted and re-installed.

My cache is in the default location.

This is rendering bridge useless to me.

Correct answer Lumigraphics

Nope.

You may have some other problem going on with your computer. Try booting into recovery mode and check your hard drive to make sure there are no errors.

Do you have any filters enabled? A pinned filter would do what you describe.

Nope. I also tried to pin a filter just now to see if the reverse would work but no luck.

Create a test folder on your desktop with one file and one folder, put one file inside that subfolder. See if it works there.

Hello, is there anything particular in your setup? billions of sub-folders?

Is it the case anywhere? is it on an internal disk? fusion drive?

Did it work before?

Special files?

Hi!

It happens to any/all folders regardless of how many or few subfolders/levels there are.

It happens everywhere. Everything is on my local disk; it's a 1TB Apple SSD (APPLE SSD SM1024L Media?)

I think the issue began some time over the past two to three weeks (I've had Bridge as long as it's existed, and keep all my apps up-to-date)

No special files, just AI, EPS, some SVGs. Issue occurs with other folders, containing MS office files and JPGs and PSDs as well.

Let me know if you have any other questions or I didn't answer sufficiently. I appreciate any help!
