Slow Adobe Bridge with slow saves and folder channges?

I have a very powerful updated Windows 10 desktop computer. Working great for years, however, the recent versions of Bridge and all the apps are super slow in saving and openning files. Bridge works like I am accessing a floppy drive again. I have SSD drives.
