Smart Collection Criteria Issue

When I try to set-up a Smart Collection using Document Type as the Criteria it only displays 3GPP as a choice, there is no pop up menu to choose any other type of file. I've deleted preferences and even reinstalled to try to remedy the issue without success.

    Thank you for this answer but unfortunately it does not work for me! I manage to scroll through the different file types but as soon as I leave the drop-down menu, the file type returns to Archive GZIP...
