Smart Collection isn't so smart

I am having problems with my Smart Collections not turning any results.

Adobe Bridge 9.1.0.338

Mac 10.14.5

New Smart Collection

Look in : Folder X

Criteria : Lable Exists

Results

Match: If any criteria are met

Include All Subfolders : Ticked

Include Non-Indexed Files : Ticked

Find

No items to display

30 images have labels, and none of them show. I have changed the criteria to Label Equils Selected. I have changed the folder and looked into subfolders, and changed folders. I turned on and off the ticked boxes. Nothing seems to work. It worked in the past, but for a couple of months at least I can't get it to work again. Any ideas?
