Sort filter not working as it used to

When I chose to sort by date created the files are displayed in the opposite direction inside Bridge. In other words the most current additions are placed at the bottom of the list inside the folder and the oldest comes first, instead of the opposite way like it should. This annoying error started about one week ago.

OMG. How did I overlook that? Has that "Descending Order arrow" always been there? I haven't touched it or even seen it before. I've checked all my folders and it looks like I'm forced to press that arrow on every folder now to get things corrected. Obviously something that occured after last program update.

Works correctly for me on my windows 10 machine.

Try reseting your preferences.

That didn't help. Files are still showing oldest first and not newest in Sort by Date Created. This must be connected to the last program update cause that's when this problem started. In previous versions this hasn't been an issue.
