I cannot find any option to sort folders first in Content window, they are still mixed with files.

Is there a way to force folders display first?

I'm on macOS and latest updates of all.

Hi, @michaljanata , You can sort by “Type” in the Selection Drop Down menu, and when I do that Folders do show up at the top.

Interestingly though, any subsequent file types are lined up in alphabetical order, first by image type (dng, jpg, pdf, png, tiff, etc.), and then by the name of the file “afile.dng,” “bfile.dng,” “1file.jpg,” “4file.jpg,” “file1.pdf,” “screenshot.png.”

I’m not sure if that’s going to help or not, but that’s the only way I know of for getting folders first. Beyond that, you can try for manual sorting, but that will go away as soon as you select any other sort mechanism and you’ll have to recreate it manually every time you choose another sort mechanism.

    Good luck!

Thanks for tip, @gary_sc , I will try get to used to By Type sorting, although it is not 100 % ideal.
