Hello, I can not classify my images with stars in bridge, neither by the keyboard and nor by clicking on the stars, does anyone know how to solve?

Olá, não consigo classificar minhas imagens co estrelas no bridge, nem pelo teclado e nem clicando nas estrelas, alguém sabe como resolver?

    Try clearing your Bridge preferences.
