Star-Ratings in Smart Collections

It seems in the last update to Bridge, when you try to set up criteria for Star Ratings in a smart collection, you cannot select the star ratings. I just tried to create a new smart collection and couldn't select the star rating I wanted as criteria. I also tried to modify an existing collectin that already had a Rating criteria set and same thing (the drop down does not show up).

EDIT: I should further clarify that you can change the star ratings if you use the up/down arrow keys when creating/editing a Smart collection, but the drop-down for the star rating does NOT work. So there is a "workaround" but the list doesn't drop down.
