Stichwörte lassen sich nicht zuweisen

Hallo, ich kann in einer Datei den Fotos keine neuen Stichwörter zuweisen oder diese rausnehmen.

Ich habe es schon unter Datei/Dateiinformationen/ Stichwörter versucht. Das funktioniert auch nicht. Das Häkchen entfernen klappt nur für ca. 2 Sekunden.

What version of Bridge and operating system are you using? Where are images stored? Could you share a video recording of the issue? What file format are you using? Have you faced a similar issue with the previous version of Bridge for the same file format?

aktuell nutze ich die Bridge-Version 14.1.2.300

Windows 11Pro, Version 23H2

hauptsächlich sind es .jpg und .psd-Dateien

Dateien sind auf einem externen Speicher

Could you please share some of the files on which you are facing this issue.
Also could you please validate if the files were opened in some external application while the keywords were tried to be removed.
