Switch to Windows 10 very slow when $.evalFile (File(myCalcScript));

We have just switched to Windows 10 using Bridge 2017. At start up I build tools in the tool pallet that run fine. However when the button is pressed in that pallet it takes over a minute for it to open. We have played around a little with changing the directory of where it points too with no success. I am not sure of the root of my problem. All I do know is the biggest factor was the OS change. On Mac it runs fine. I don't get errrors just over a minute of down time.

I would appreciate anything that would lead me in the right direction.
