Synchronize color settings in Adobe Bride not working

Hi, I am not sure what I am doing wrong...

I am on a Windows 10 PC, using Adobe Bridge 2020. I selected my color settings there (North America Genera; Purpose 2), but it doesn't synchronize with Illustrator. In fact, within the color settings of a document I get the message that my color settings are not synchonized across the cloud and that I need on set it in Bridge. But that's what I thought I did...How can I prompt Bride to synchronize? Thanks so much for any tips you may have.
