The Filter part of Essentials has all Filters checked, but only two show

The filter panel only shows those categories, which are relevant to the files in the content panel. If all the files are of same  type in a category, then that category is not shown.

If you want to keep a category-item permanently in panel, then you can pin it using the pin button shown below in panel.
