The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process - Renaming error

Whenever I try to rename files in Bridge on my Windows setup, I get this error. When I go to rename files in file explorer, while bridge is open, I cannot rename them either, as the error says the file is open in dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe

When bridge is closed, I can rename those files, but I want bridges preview features to make it easier to go through my footage.

I'm looking to organize my .MXF files from my Sony FX6, and also .MP4 files. It's a very confusing issue, I don't know how to fix it. I'm running bridge version 13.0.3
