Thumbnail images aren't visible

Question

Some of my saved images aren't showing up in Bridge. The image is either totally blank or have a PSD icon placeholder or some other generic placeholder. I've looked through Preferences but don't see anything that would make a difference. For the ones that are blank, when I'm scrolling through they appear momentarily until I stop scrolling, but then disappear.

1. Bridge version and details of the OS on which you are facing this issue.

2. Any screenshot showing the issue in Bridge.
