Thumbnails Not Updating After Adjustments Are Made in Camera Raw

It's frustrating that I rarely get a response from any of my posts in the Bridge area, so I'm reposting this latest one here:
In Bridge, after opening a raw file into Camera Raw and making adjustments, the thumbnails in Bridge do not show the adjusted file even though the sidecar (.xml) files exists. In other words, it show the unadjusted thumbnail. When I reopen the affected .RAF (Fuji raw file) in Camera Raw, the adjusted picture appears.

Bridge Version: 13.0.2 (shows that it's up do date)

OS: Windows 10

The installed the previous version of Bridge (13.01.583), and it works works perfectly. So something's wrong with the Version 13.2.

I have been experiencing the same problem since a recent Bridge update, also with Fuji RAF files. No resolution yet. Very frustrating...

I can't reproduce here (Br 13.0.2/Win 10 pro).

With ACR hosted by Photoshop, I do need to "re-focus" Bridge so that it's the foreground application, but then it snaps right into the ACR-adjusted version.

With ACR hosted by Bridge, it updates right away, maybe a half-second delay at most.

(I normally use DNG where adjustments are stored in the file header - so just to cover all possibilities I also tried .ARW with sidecars. Same result).
