Thumbnails video to youtube or vimeo

Hi, I wanna know if I can put thumbnails in bridge before upload videos to vimeo or youtube? I see just de metadata like the name, keywords, description, etc. But how can I do that whit thumbnails?

    If you are trying to extract the thumbnail from the video in bridge you will not able to do it.

    However if you have a thumbnail you can add keywords ,description etc on the thumbnails.
