Since upgrading to bridge cc 2017 my tiff thumbnails are no longer visible which rather defeats the point of bridge - any ideas

    Dear user,

Request you to upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Bridge ( CC 2018)

Tiff thumbnails are supported by both Adobe Bridge CC 2017 & CC 2018.

In case the issue persists, please purge cache for tiff files and check if thumbnails are getting generated.

Please let us know if you face any issues.

    Regards,

    Abhishek Seth.

there does not seem to be CC2018 available - I updated to the latest which is 2017 which is when the problem arose.  I have purged all caches, but am unsure how to check if thumbnails are being generated - I have also relaunched software, and an advisor spent several hours by remote access trying to make this work, he gave up but said it could be related to finder...all my images are showing in Finder and Lightroom - only Bridge is an issue.  I prefer to use Bridge for many reason and am desperate to resolve this issue.
