Tools/Photoshop and Illustrator Missing v 8.1.0.383 x64

Hi, I am running Windows 10 Home v 1803 with (according to Adobe CC) the latest versions of Bridge and Photoshop CC 19. How do I enable the Tools/Photoshop function so that I can load images into Photoshop layers?

    Hi Khavalier,

    Bridge CC 2019 (version 9.0.1.216) is compatible with PS and AI CC 2019. Please installed compatible version of Bridge, and then install PS and AI on the machine. This will bring back the Tools menu.
