Transférer ma configuration Bridge vers un autre ordinateur

Bonjour,
cela fait un moment que je cherche à trouver une solution ; Organiser les collections, dossiers, sous dossier, métadonnées personnalisées sur Bridge prend beaucoup de temps.
Je travaille sur un IMac, mais lorsque je voyage, (je voyage souvent et pour de longues périodes), je trvaille sur un Mac Book.
Est-ce possible de transférer la configuration que j'ai organisée sur mon IMac vers mon Mac Book, et prendre toutes mes photographies sur un disque extenre?
Merci d'avance de me répondre, si c'est possible....

You can move collections and other things from the below location and paste to the same location on another machine.

/Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CS6/
