Transferring pictures from iphone to Bridge

Hi, I am trying to transfer pictures using the photo downloader in Bridge from my iphone 12Pro. however yesterday the files were found and i was able to transfer 10% before it unexpectedly quit. Today there are no valid files found. I am not sure why it is so inconsistent and how I can go about getting the files again? 

I am using the latest version of Bridge, MACOS Ventura. I also granted full disk access to Bridge through privacy&security as well as full disk access to the files and folders.
