Trouble with Adobe Bridge CC 2017

  Bridge CC will no longer open at all, I've re-installed it 4 times now and it will not launch at all. I spent all day trying to install the Output Module and now it will not work at all. I can click on the open icon as much as I want but it will not respond. I have restarted my computer a few times, and I've tried accessing it through Photoshop, but when I do a little window pops up and it asks about restarting trouble shoot and purging my photo gallery. I really need to get it back online, the sake of my college class' grade depends on it.
