Unable to access directories in Bridge.

The title is probably not sufficiently precise as bridge is working well except :

When I am trying to change the "cache" directory

When I am trying to copy or move files to other directories using the "select directory"

The only choices Bridge is offering are "Desktop" and "my identidy"; I am unable to select "computer" or any other disk.

Your assistance would be greatly helpful.

Thanks.

Best regards.

I just tried but it does not work; I can see the shortcuts to my hard drives in the favorites but when I try for instance to change the default directory for the cache and try to select the shortcut it seems to consider it like a simple "file" (shortcut file).

I solved the issue with the cache by adding a value in the registry; not the cleanest solution but it is working.

Remains the problem with the "copy to" and "move to" where I can only see the "my computer" and my name profile.

If somebody had a solution or at least a clue ...

    Thanks.

    Sam.

I would try putting a shortcut of 'Computer" on your desktop...

Unfortunately the "My computer" is only an icon and there is nothing inside; the only "directory" I can access is "Samu" (which is my profile name in windows 10) and I already tried putting a shortcut to one of my disks and it does not work.

    Thanks anyway for your answer.

Something else to try: drag a folder from Windows Explorer to the Favorites panel in Bridge...
