Unable to access settings in Bridge

Issue: Bridge stops responding when I try to access settings

Bridge version: 2026 16.0.0.63

OS version: Sequoia 15.6.1

I am trying to get the file size, dimensions in inches and pixels, etc. to show under the thumbnails in bridge. When I try to access settings, Bridge stops responding and I have to force quit.

I expect it to take me to a window in which I have access to make these changes.

I have already given bridge full disk access in settings and purged the cache.
