Unable to Download Images to Bridge Windows 11 Pro

Question

I recently completed a full upgrade on my PC inc motherboard and processor with Windows 10 pro already installed. I installed Creative Cloud followed by Bridge 13.03.693, Photoshop 24.5.0 and Lightroom. At this point I was able to download images to Bridge as normal.

After a week of testing etc I updated to Windows 11 Pro and now I am unable to download from my camera and receive the following Photodownloader.exe System Error. 'The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem'.

I have installed Faststone ImageViewer and can download images succesfully and edit from bridge.

Any help would be much appreciated.
